Taking shape

The vision of Karaka Village has become a reality, with landscaped open spaces, residents coming together as a community, and over 150 houses built as of early 2026.

Village green

We are thrilled to see the completion of the village green, featuring spaces to relax, a kids bicycle track, and our unique bull sculpture (life sized 4 year old Angus bull that would weigh around 1 tonne). Come and meet him!

Karaka Village retail

Works have started on site to develop our retail centre, with the 4 SQUARE supermarket due to open by late 2026. The retail centre will also include boutique eateries, bakery, bottle shop and much more.
